Ortega Ezquerro Rosado

Vineyard / Origin Vineyard located 550 meters above sea level. Winemaking: After an early harvest, we make a pre-fermentative maceration until the desired color is achieved. . After this time, we proceed to the “bleeding” or the division of the must and solid dough, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Tasting notes: Pale salmon-pinkish, almost onion-skin colour. Very elegant, complex and expresive in the nose, with a huge number of aromas and sensations.
