Description of the municipality
Nájera is one of the most popular tourist destinations in La Rioja for its history, location and easy access, infrastructures, gastronomy, architecture, natural surroundings and other resources, among which the St James’ Way to Santiago stands out.
One place that is really worth a visit is the San Juan de Ortega bridge, from where there are excellent views along the banks of the River Najerilla.
It is an ideal place to stroll and wander around the narrow streets of the historic quarter, discovering the traces left by history in the town.
