Respect for the smallest detail is one of the keys to the success of its wines that have been maintained since its creation in 1985 at the highest levels of quality and prestige of this Denomination.

The technical team of the winery works closely with the winegrowers, whom they advise during all the stages of evolution of the vineyard until the ripening, defining the optimum moment of the harvest. Once the grapes are in the cellar, exhaustive analyzes of different parameters are carried out, such as Ph, total acidity, baumé degree, sanitary status... which allow classification by categories, resulting these controls in the final quality of the wine.
