Bodegas Campillo

Bodegas Campillo

Bodegas Campillo was inaugurated in 1990. Located in Laguardia, it was the first winery in the region built by a renowned architect, Aurelio Ibarrondo, created with the concept of "Château" of Bordeaux in mind.

An architectural space that opens to the Sierra Cantabria and Laguardia. As you climb up his grand staircase and pass through its doors, you will feel everything that led Julio Faustino Martínez to share, from Campillo, his two great passions: wine and architecture.

the building of Bodegas Campillo, made of natural stone, with a portico with seven semicircular arches, wooden overhangs and ashlar masonry, its large slate staircase makes it rise to contemplate the perfect fusion between vineyards and architecture.

Its interior combines tradition and modernity, luxury and sobriety, harmonizing the nobility of stone, steel, granite, slate and wood with a careful and singular aesthetic.

From the great hall you can contemplate the five levels in which the winery is divided, vertebrates by the spiral staircase, axis of connection of all the spaces.

A beauty in the architectural forms combines the best technical conditions for the production and aging of wine.
